Refund & Warranty Policy

Tooele Automotive Limited Liability Co guarantees all labor to be to industry standard and free from defects.  Customer acknowledges the work is acceptable upon job completion  If any concerns are found, Tooele Automotive will repair at no additional cost within a reasonable time frame.  Customer must contact us in writing within 90 days of job completion.

If a replacement auto part fails or is found to be defective within 90 days.  Tooele Automotive will replace the part for no additional cost.  After 90 days, the defective part is subject to the manufacturer or suppliers warranty.  Tooele Automotive will assist the customer with their warranty claim. However, customer understands that the warranty issue is with the manufacturer or supplier and not with Tooele Automotive, llc.  Customer agrees not to leave negative feedback or reviews for Tooele Automotive due to any auto part failure beyond 90 days from the date of service.
